Robotic Machine Player (RMP) | Winter 2020

In my Design and Manufacturing I course, I led a team of four fellow engineering students to design and manufacture an RC machine called a Robot Machine Player (RMP). Our RMP tasks were: To lift six cubes via a scoop, transport the cubes over a pyramid, then across a drawbridge, and finally, deposit the cubes into a goal. I used SolidWorks to Model the RMP and learned mill, lathe, and waterjet, to manufacture the assembly. At the end of the course, our team got the highest design review score in the class reviewed by the mechanical engineering faculty.
