Automated Wire Harness Machine | January 2021 - December 2021

I was selected by Northrop Grumman and the University of Michigan to join a Multidisciplinary design team where I built an automated wire harness machine for spacecraft to reduce costs by lessening user error and cycle time by applying model-based systems engineering, and iteration through validation testing

In addition to routing, and switching wire, we also wanted to cut and strip wire. The picture below shows a cutstrip system I designed despite using a third party system instead.
